Kenneth D. Lonergan & associates ltd. is a professional consultancy services company for Design and Quantity Surveying based in Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan covering all of the north east region of Ireland.
The company was set up by Kenneth Lonergan in 1985 and has grown on a reputation of good service and results for our many varied clients. Currently there are over 50 years experience from professionally qualified personnel covering the disciplines of design, costing and supervision. We have qualified staff in BER energy assessment and environmental site analysis for dwellings and agricultural projects. We are chartered members of the chartered institute of building. We have completed a number of varied projects over the years from dwellings to housing schemes and apartment blocks of single house to over 100 units. We have also completed numerous small commercial and retail projects including full project management.
We have helped and guided all of out clients in every aspect of the building and construction process and have earned a reputation of professionalism with the local authorities.
